1. Join us for live commentary of the vital Premier League clash between Chelsea and Tottenham which will go a long way to deciding who qualifies for next season's Champions League. Kick-off is at 1945GMT.

6. Chelsea make three changes with Gary Cahill, Eden Hazard and Fernando Torres coming into the side. Andre Villas-Boas also makes three changes for his first return to Stamford Bridge with Lewis Holtby, Emmanuel Adebayor and Scott Parker coming in.

7. Three points for Chelsea would effectively seal a top-four finish for the Blues, as they would then hold a six-point lead over Tottenham with a far more healthy goal difference.

8. Three points for Spurs, however, would mean they would move above Arsenal and into fourth, level on points with Chelsea. So all to play for.

9. Spurs have not won at Stamford Bridge for 23 years so walking away with three points tonight would be a huge ask for the North London side.

    A bright start from Chelsea as Cole gets forward down the left and manages to swing a cross into the box only for Assou-Ekotto to make an important clearance.

    Ivanovic picks out the run of Mata with a long ball forward from deep but play is stopped due to the Spaniard being offside.

    Walker tries to force his way down the right only to lose control of the ball, leading to a goal kick. A fairly nervy start from the away side up to now.

    Hazard is out on the left for Chelsea, with Mata in the middle and Oscar on the right.

    Spurs, if you were wondering, have Bale on the left, Lennon on the right, with Holtby tucked in behind Adebayor.

    Bale with his first contribution of the game. He storms down the left only to be tackled by Azpilicueta.

    Some nice touches between Hazard and Mata before Luiz plays a first-time ball over the top looking for Torres but he puts just too much on the pass.

    Chelsea come forward again as Torres lays the ball off to Mata on the edge of the box. The Spaniard takes a touch before lashing an effort at goal but it sails just over the bar. Unlucky.

    Huddlestone picks up the ball in space and decides to shoot from distance but he was never troubling Cech.

    A very lively start to this game with both sides looking to move the ball around at pace and get forward.

    Hazard tries to play the one-two with Mata but the Belgian is brought down by Huddlestone. Free-kick to Chelsea...

    You have to say Chelsea deserve that goal. They had been by far the more lively of the two sides leading up to that point.

    Holtby cuts in from the right and decides to shoot from distance. His effort whistles just past the post but Cech always had it covered.

    Chelsea win another free-kick. This time around Dawson brings down Torres.

    Chelsea take the free-kick quickly. Azpilicueta finds himself in space down the right and picks out Mata in the box with a good pass but the midfielder is unable to keep his first-time shot down.

    Holtby latches onto a mistake from Chelsea's defence and looks to set himself for the shot from distance, only for Hazard to race back and make an important challenge.

137. In the end it finishes all square and that is probably just about the right result. Chelsea's performance dropped as the game went on while Spurs upped their level and deserved their second-half equaliser.

138. That result means Chelsea sit third with 69 points, Arsenal fourth with 67 and Spurs fifth with 66. All teams have two games left to play.
