Ball comes in and is headed over by Skrtel. Should hit the target.

25. 21'

That shakes things up a bit. Demba Cisse's sixth goal for Newcastle in seven games.

26. 24'

Liverpool piling forward. Still boos ringing out for Jose Enrique.

27. 25'

Liverpool have looked threatening, but are very sloppy in key areas.

28. 25'

Bellamy crosses dangerously from the right, looks perfect for Suarez to knock home, but James Perch gets a vital foot-in to flick the ball to safety.

29. 26'

Danny Simpson tries to pick out his two Senegalese strikers in the box, but the ball is misdirected and Reina claims.

30. 28'

So close! Bellamy crosses low from the right, Perch denies Shelvey, but the ball loops up to Andy Carroll who heads just over. Should score..

31. 29'

Composed stuff from Liverpool in midfield. Getting a lot of joy down the right-flank up against makeshift left-back Jonas Gutierrez.

35. 33'

Ben Arfa is causing Enrique a lot of trouble in the Liverpool left-back position.

39. 37'

Down the other end, Gerrard crosses from the right but it is wildly over-hit. Wasted.

40. 38'

Good counter from Newcastle, but Tiote's pass to Simpson is just too strong. Throw-in Liverpool.

41. 39'

Suarez is back in defence. He allows Ben Arfa to turn onto his favoured left-foot, but does well to cut out the cross.

42. 41'

Carroll concedes a corner. Comes in from the left and Reina just keeps it out.

46. 44'

At the other end, Carroll flicks on a header to Suarez, but Danny Simpson does brilliantly to see off any danger.

47. 45'

Gerrard looks to play in Bellamy once more. Gutierrez is missing, but Perch gets across.

48. 45'

Flanagan booked for catching Tiote late in midfield.

49. 45'

HALF TIME Newcastle fairly comfortable, but need to watch out for Bellamy in the second-half

50. What should King Kenny do then? Dirk Kuyt on?

51. The Shelvey experiment isn't working very well so far. Spearing ineffectual. Everything coming through Gerrard, Suarez and Bellamy.

52. They must be ruing the early Carroll dive though. Oh, dear...

53. LIVE Premier League table

54. The Newcastle front-three of Ben Arfa, Demba Ba and Papiss Cisse are quite a tasty unit. Really working well as a trio.

55. 46'

    SECOND HALF underway...

56. 46'

Newcastle starting with a long period of possession. Nice, fluent passing.

57. 47'

60. 50'

Back underway as Liverpool return the ball to Tim Krul.

61. 51'

Sloppy stuff from Suarez now. Looks to spread the ball to Jose Enrique on the left, but desperately over-hit.

62. 52'

Reina clears the ball long, but a free-kick is given for Craig Bellamy's challenge on James Perch.

63. 53'

Liverpool manoeuvre the ball to the right, Gerrard crosses and Williamson rises to clear.

64. 54'

Newcastle have won one of their last six against Newcastle. Can they change their fortunes today?

65. 56'

Liverpool counter and Bellamy has a chance to get a shot away. Comfortable save for Tim Krul.

66. 57'

Shelvey on the move going forward, but the attack fizzles out with a tame 25 yard effort with his left-foot.

67. 58'

Demba Ba bursts forward on the counter, but he is quickly outnumbered and dispossessed by Spearing.

68. 58'

Gerrard goes long looking for Andy Carroll, Williamson there once more...

69. 59'

GOAL Newcastle 2-0 Liverpool Cisse bags a brace!!! Ba plays the ball across goal, everybody misses it and it reaches Cisse, who rounds Reina and walks the ball home.

70. 60'

What a success the two Senegalese strikers have been this season...

71. 61'

James Perch once more... The centre-back does brilliantly to get across and block Luis Suarez's shot with the goal gaping.

72. 62'

Both Newcastle centre-backs have been terrific this afternoon in the absence of Coloccini.

73. 63'

Flanagan gets forward down the right. Outmuscled by Gutierrez and the attack is over.

74. 64'

Break in play now. Replays of the goal show that Cisse is half a mile offside. No Liverpool protests though.

75. 65'

Back underway, with the players refreshed.

76. 66'

Dan Gosling on for Danny Guthrie

77. 67'

Hatem Ben Arfa shows strength and trickery to hold off his marker, teeing up Demba Ba. The striker swings his right-foot, but the ball deflects upwards.

78. 68'

Cabaye now down after a late tackle from Luis Suarez. Looks tame enough.

79. 69'

Tiote does brilliantly to nick the ball away from Jose Enrique, but Papiss Cisse then wastes possession with a poor pass.

80. 70'

Liverpool keeping the ball now, but not really stretching the defence. Carroll crosses from the right to nobody.

81. 71'

Suarez has a great opportunity to present Bellamy with an open goal, but his chipped pass is far, far too long.

82. 72'

Cabaye looks to play in Cisse down the left-channel, given offside.

83. 73'

Shola Ameobi getting ready for Newcastle...

87. 77'

Beautiful from Tiote, lofting the ball over Spearing as if he wasn't there. Newcastle cruising now.

88. 78'

Carroll swings a left-footed shot at goal. It's tame and easily blocked.

89. 79'

95. 83'

Jose Enrique is now going in goal. Kenny is on the pitch. Why, I don't know!

96. 84'

That will more than likely be a three-match ban for violent conduct for Reina. Stupidity.

97. 85'

Liverpool looking very, very annoyed. The game is disintegrating.

98. 86'

Newcastle keeping the ball in midfield. Might be worth a shot!

99. 87'

Newcastle still just stroking the ball around. At ease against ten-men.

100. 88'

Maybe not, Suarez turns Gutierrez and wins a free-kick. Comes to nothing.

101. 90'

Jose Enrique touches the ball! Comes out to claim an over-hit Cabaye long-ball.
